Drove past on my way to a doctor appointment and when I was done with the doctor I dropped in. I ordered from my vehicle and went in to pick it up. Needless to say, My shrimp didn't survive the drive home. It was delicious and no mistakes. The staff was nice and attentive. Seemed to be clean but I didn't use the bathroom. I wish that we still had one in Norman but it closed a few years ago. Now the nearest one is in Purcell and I live in Noble. I'm from Massachusetts and I miss good seafood. Open more stores closer to me. I was a "regular" for the short time they were in Norman.

This place is horrible to the extreme!! I placed an order on DoirDash at around 9 pm. I didn’t get my order until after 10 pm. Not because of DoorDash, because of the store!!

One dasher waited so long he removed himself from the order and moved on. I don’t blame him. The second dasher I sent an extra tip because he waited it out.

When I finally received my order the shrimp was so over cooked it was like very hard rubber. I couldn’t eat it. It hurt my teeth to try and it honestly tasted like it had sat out too long under a heat lamp.

The fish wasn’t horrible. I enjoyed the crispies added to the bottom of my container. However, I ordered coleslaw and chili cheese fries. I did not receive any silverware what-so-ever. No napkins, no tater sauce or vinegar. SMH.

I’ll never order here again. Oh, and I attempted to call before they closed to check why it was taking so long. No one answers the dang phone. Just kept ringing.

First of all .. I do not review unless I am personally impressed. Either way that might be . So .. I’ve been a Long John’s connoisseur for over 50 YEARS 😳 I just did the math.. From Florida to Houston to Northern California to recent Central Oklahoma .. Ms Katherine in Midwest City makes a persons day better just having 1 minute in her presence at a drive thru. That I stop and get some fish from when I travel. I make it a point to make it during the day because of this kind grandmotherly vibe she gives me. She needs to be rewarded and her vibe be taught corporately to ensure the Brand is represented properly. LJS is beyond blessed to have her working hard for them . And I hope this review expresses the exemplary work Ms Katherine and the Midwest City Store is a model store for the brand itself. I can’t even eat it for 5 min it’s so fresh and hot.. And her kind words and the way they are delivered are so soothing and kind . It’s like talking to a grandma Jesus? I’ve been going to this location about 4 times a year for a couple at least. And Ms Katherine is the reason I always make sure that me and my Family gets to say hi and get the freshest fish possible 10 star ⭐️ food and service.

Had bad experiences years ago and haven't been back. Bad service and greasy cold fish made this a hard pass. I grew up down the street from a Long John Silver's, so not eating there has been kind of sad. Tonight,
I hit the drive thru with pretty low expectations. I was wildly surprised at how good it was, how fresh it was, and even how good the service was through the drive thru. Really liking the new waffle fries. I got the #12 - 2 fish, 3 chicken planks, 2 sides & 2 hushpuppies. $20 when you add in a delish large Chocolate shake. Good stop, Not what I expected for sure.
